- Engage in upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling across all product categories.
- Monitor individual sales performance and achieve targets and KPIs.
- Provide customer feedback on products, particularly newly launched items.
- Strengthen customer relations and nurture a loyal Fendi customer base using CRM tools.
- Manage customer service quality to meet and exceed expectations with a personalized touch.
- Operate the Retail Pro Management system for stock transfers, payments, stock inquiries, and customer database management.
- Perform store duties as assigned by team leaders and management.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by receiving, displaying, and storing merchandise according to guidelines.
- Ensure a safe and clean store environment and execute daily housekeeping duties.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards according to company guidelines.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the fashion or high-end luxury industry.
- Strong selling and communication skills.
- Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a goal-oriented approach.
- Good team player with a positive personality.
- Bilingual capabilities, with a third language as an advantage.
- Passion for high-end luxury goods and commitment to retail hours.
- Proficiency in operating retail management systems.
A minimum of 3 years of related experience in the fashion or high-end luxury industry is required.
