1. Deliver an elevated, brand-led customer journey to recruit and retain clients and to build long-term loyalty.
2. Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs through proactive selling, upselling, cross-selling and multiple-selling across product categories.
3. Provide outstanding client service in accordance with company standards, ensuring professionalism and a personalised human touch.
4. Develop and maintain customer relationships using CRM tools and clienteling techniques; ensure accurate customer database input.
5. Operate retail IT systems correctly for stock transfers, payments and stock enquiries.
6. Support day-to-day store operations and contribute to the overall visual and service standards of the boutique.

1. Minimum 3 years' experience in fashion or luxury retail sales with a demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets.
2. Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.
3. Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused mindset.
5. Organised, professional, confident and able to work autonomously in a high-pressure retail environment.

Minimum three years of experience in fashion or luxury retail sales, with proven success achieving individual sales targets and managing high-value client relationships.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
