1. Lead individual sales efforts to meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs.
2. Engage in upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling across all product categories.
3. Deliver exceptional customer service in alignment with company guidelines.
4. Strengthen customer relationships and cultivate a loyal client base using CRM tools.
5. Ensure customer service quality meets expectations through professionalism and a personal touch.
6. Accurately operate retail IT systems for stock transfers, payments, stock inquiries, and customer database management.
7. Support store operations and activities.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in fashion or luxury sales.
2. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred.

6. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
