- Lead individual sales efforts and achieve performance targets and KPIs.
- Engage in upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling across all product categories.
- Provide outstanding customer service in accordance with company guidelines.
- Strengthen customer relations and nurture a loyal Fendi customer base through effective CRM tools.
- Manage customer service quality to meet expectations with professionalism and a personal touch.
- Operate the retail IT system efficiently for stock transfers, payments, stock inquiries, and customer database input.
- Support store operations activities.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in fashion or luxury sales.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Passion for retail and fashion trends.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Self-reliance, friendliness, and patience.
- Organizational skills and professionalism.
- Self-confidence.
Minimum 3 years of experience in fashion or luxury sales.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
