1. Lead individual sales efforts to achieve and surpass performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
2. Engage in upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling across all product categories.
3. Deliver exceptional client service in alignment with company guidelines.
4. Enhance customer relationships and cultivate a loyal Fendi customer base through effective CRM tools.
5. Manage customer service quality to meet and exceed client expectations with professionalism and a personal touch.
6. Efficiently operate the retail IT system for stock transfers, payments, stock inquiries, and customer database management.
7. Support store operations and activities.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in fashion or luxury sales.
2. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
3. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
