- Lead individual sales and achieve performance targets and KPIs.
- Engage in upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling across all product categories.
- Provide exceptional service to clients in compliance with company guidelines.
- Strengthen customer relations and nurture a loyal Fendi customer base using appropriate CRM tools.
- Manage customer service quality to meet customer expectations with professionalism and a human touch.
- Operate the retail IT system for stock transfers, payments, stock inquiries, and customer database input.
- Support store operations activities.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in fashion or luxury sales.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is preferred.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Self-reliance and professionalism.
- Organizational skills and self-confidence.
- Friendly and patient demeanor.
