1. Lead individual sales efforts to meet and exceed performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
2. Engage in upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling across all product categories.
3. Deliver exceptional customer service in alignment with company guidelines.
4. Strengthen customer relationships and cultivate a loyal Fendi customer base through effective use of CRM tools.
5. Ensure customer service quality meets expectations by offering professionalism and a personal touch.
6. Efficiently operate the retail IT system for stock transfers, payments, stock inquiries, and customer database management.
7. Support store operations activities.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in fashion or luxury sales.
2. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is preferred.

4. Strong organizational skills and professionalism.
5. Self-confidence.
6. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
