1. Provide exemplary customer service to enhance the client experience and exceed sales goals.
2. Achieve all Client Advisor KPIs and CRM requirements.
3. Meet or surpass store, category, and individual sales targets.
4. Adhere to Top Store Guidelines and maintain visual standards.
5. Build and maintain client relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
6. Assist with special requests, including repairs, special orders, and returns.
7. Ensure proficient use of POS systems and maintain accurate customer databases.
8. Stay informed about product knowledge, company information, and industry competition.
9. Uphold Fendi's dress code and grooming standards.
10. Participate in store maintenance and restocking activities.
11. Contribute to the training of new Client Advisors.
12. Engage in monthly team meetings and adhere to loss prevention standards.

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail preferred.
2. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is advantageous.

1. Strong drive for results and goal-oriented mindset.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management.
4. Organizational and strong computer skills.
5. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
6. Foreign language skills are a plus.

A minimum of 3 years of experience is required, with a preference for those with luxury retail experience.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
