- Provide exemplary customer service to enhance the client experience and exceed sales goals.
- Achieve all Client Advisor KPIs and CRM requirements.
- Meet or surpass store, category, and individual sales targets.
- Adhere to Top Store Guidelines and maintain visual standards.
- Build and maintain client relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
- Assist with special requests, including repairs, special orders, and returns.
- Ensure proficient use of POS systems and maintain accurate customer databases.
- Stay informed about product knowledge, company information, and industry competition.
- Uphold Fendi's dress code and grooming standards.
- Participate in store maintenance and restocking activities.
- Contribute to the training of new Client Advisors.
- Engage in monthly team meetings and adhere to loss prevention standards.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is advantageous.
- Strong drive for results and goal-oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management.
- Organizational and strong computer skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Foreign language skills are a plus.
A minimum of 3 years of experience is required, with a preference for those with luxury retail experience.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
