- Achieve all Client Advisor critical metrics and CRM requirements.
- Meet or exceed store, category, and individual sales goals.
- Follow all store guidelines and adhere to policies and procedures.
- Build and maintain client books; manage client concerns and inquiries.
- Assist with special requests including repairs, special orders, and returns.
- Participate in stocking and restocking of the store.
- Utilize POS system proficiently and update customer database.
- Acquire and maintain comprehensive product knowledge.
- Keep informed about company news and competitor activities.
- Maintain professional appearance and adhere to dress code standards.
- Perform store maintenance functions as needed.
- Open and close the store, including conducting morning meetings.
- Assist in maintaining visual standards as directed by VM and management.
- Maintain open communication with store management and peers.
- Represent the brand as a positive role model.
- Participate in training new Client Advisors.
- Prepare for and participate in monthly team meetings.
- Adhere to loss prevention standards and health and safety guidelines.
- Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- Strong drive for results and goal-oriented mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management.
- Experience in Ready-to-Wear (RTW) preferred.
- Foreign language skills are advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Capability to lift boxes weighing up to 10 lbs.
- Minimum of a High School Diploma.
- Strong organizational skills and digital literacy.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail is preferred, with a strong focus on customer service and sales.

$19-$23 hourly, dependent on skills and experience.
