1. Achieve all Client Advisor critical metrics and CRM requirements.
2. Meet or exceed store, category, and individual sales goals.
3. Follow all store guidelines and adhere to policies and procedures.
4. Build and maintain client books; manage client concerns and inquiries.
5. Assist with special requests including repairs, special orders, and returns.
6. Participate in stocking and restocking of the store.
7. Utilize POS system proficiently and update customer database.
8. Acquire and maintain comprehensive product knowledge.
9. Keep informed about company news and competitor activities.
10. Maintain professional appearance and adhere to dress code standards.
11. Perform store maintenance functions as needed.
12. Open and close the store, including conducting morning meetings.
13. Assist in maintaining visual standards as directed by VM and management.
14. Maintain open communication with store management and peers.
15. Represent the brand as a positive role model.
16. Participate in training new Client Advisors.
17. Prepare for and participate in monthly team meetings.
18. Adhere to loss prevention standards and health and safety guidelines.

1. Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in luxury retail.
2. Strong drive for results and goal-oriented mindset.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management.
5. Experience in Ready-to-Wear (RTW) preferred.
6. Foreign language skills are advantageous.
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
8. Capability to lift boxes weighing up to 10 lbs.
9. Minimum of a High School Diploma.
10. Strong organizational skills and digital literacy.
11. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail is preferred, with a strong focus on customer service and sales.

Minimum High School Diploma

$19-$23 hourly, dependent on skills and experience.
