- Achieve all Client Advisor critical metrics and CRM requirements.
- Meet or exceed store, category, and individual sales goals.
- Follow all store guidelines and adhere to policies and procedures.
- Build and maintain client books, ensuring follow-through with client concerns and inquiries.
- Assist with special requests, including repairs, special orders, and returns.
- Participate in vital stocking/restocking of the store.
- Proficiently use POS system and update customer database.
- Acquire product knowledge and stay informed about company news and competition.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to Fendi dress code and grooming standards.
- Perform regular store maintenance functions as needed.
- Open and close the store, including conducting morning team meetings.
- Assist in maintaining visual standards as directed by VM, corporate, and management.
- Maintain open communication and positive relationships with store management and peers.
- Represent the brand appropriately as a positive role model.
- Participate in the training of new Client Advisors.
- Prepare for and participate in monthly team meetings.
- Adhere to loss prevention standards and follow health and safety guidelines.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience, luxury retail preferred.
- Strong drive for results; goal oriented.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to use POS system and its inventory management functions.
- RTW experience preferred.
- Foreign language skills are a plus.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to lift boxes/weight up to 10lbs.
- Minimum High School Diploma.
- Organizational skills and strong digital literacy required.
- Must have flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

A minimum of 3 years in luxury retail is preferred, with a proven track record of achieving sales goals and building client relationships.
Minimum High School Diploma
The compensation for this position ranges from $17-20 hourly, dependent upon the candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
