1. Achieve all Client Advisor critical metrics and CRM requirements.
2. Meet or exceed store, category, and individual sales goals.
3. Follow all store guidelines and adhere to policies and procedures.
4. Build and maintain client books, ensuring follow-through with client concerns and inquiries.
5. Assist with special requests, including repairs, special orders, and returns.
6. Participate in vital stocking/restocking of the store.
7. Proficiently use POS system and update customer database.
8. Acquire product knowledge and stay informed about company news and competition.
9. Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to Fendi dress code and grooming standards.
10. Perform regular store maintenance functions as needed.
11. Open and close the store, including conducting morning team meetings.
12. Assist in maintaining visual standards as directed by VM, corporate, and management.
13. Maintain open communication and positive relationships with store management and peers.
14. Represent the brand appropriately as a positive role model.
15. Participate in the training of new Client Advisors.
16. Prepare for and participate in monthly team meetings.
17. Adhere to loss prevention standards and follow health and safety guidelines.

1. Minimum 3 years’ experience, luxury retail preferred.
2. Strong drive for results; goal oriented.
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Ability to use POS system and its inventory management functions.
5. RTW experience preferred.
6. Foreign language skills are a plus.
7. Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
8. Ability to lift boxes/weight up to 10lbs.
9. Minimum High School Diploma.
10. Organizational skills and strong digital literacy required.
11. Must have flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

A minimum of 3 years in luxury retail is preferred, with a proven track record of achieving sales goals and building client relationships.

The compensation for this position ranges from $17-20 hourly, dependent upon the candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
