1. Exceed assigned sales goals and client advisor critical metrics.
2. Build and maintain robust client relationships using in-house clienteling tools.
3. Ensure adherence to store guidelines and policies.
4. Manage client books and maintain customer correspondence to drive business.
5. Assist with special requests including repairs, special orders, and returns.
6. Participate in stocking/restocking and maintain visual standards.
7. Utilize POS system proficiently and update customer database accurately.
8. Acquire and maintain comprehensive product knowledge.
9. Maintain professional appearance in line with Fendi's dress code.
10. Open/close the store and conduct morning team meetings as needed.
11. Train new Client Advisors in product knowledge and store procedures.
12. Participate in monthly team meetings and adhere to loss prevention standards.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in luxury retail.
2. High School Diploma required.
3. Strong drive for results and goal-oriented mindset.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management.
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
7. Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.

1. Strong organizational skills.
2. Digital literacy.
3. Foreign language skills are advantageous.
4. Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.

Minimum of 3 years in a retail environment, with a preference for luxury retail experience.

High School Diploma

$19-$23 hourly, dependent on skills and experience.
