Fendi Client Advisor

- Exceed assigned sales goals and client advisor critical metrics.
- Build and maintain robust client relationships using in-house clienteling tools.
- Ensure adherence to store guidelines and policies.
- Manage client books and maintain customer correspondence to drive business.
- Assist with special requests including repairs, special orders, and returns.
- Participate in stocking/restocking and maintain visual standards.
- Utilize POS system proficiently and update customer database accurately.
- Acquire and maintain comprehensive product knowledge.
- Maintain professional appearance in line with Fendi's dress code.
- Open/close the store and conduct morning team meetings as needed.
- Train new Client Advisors in product knowledge and store procedures.
- Participate in monthly team meetings and adhere to loss prevention standards.
- Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- High School Diploma required.
- Strong drive for results and goal-oriented mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Digital literacy.
- Foreign language skills are advantageous.
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
Minimum of 3 years in a retail environment, with a preference for luxury retail experience.
High School Diploma
$19-$23 hourly, dependent on skills and experience.
