1. Lead individual sales efforts and achieve performance targets and KPIs.
2. Engage in upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling across all product categories.
3. Strengthen customer relations and nurture a loyal Fendi customer base through effective CRM tools.
4. Ensure high-quality customer service, providing a professional and personalized experience.
5. Operate the retail management system for stock transfers, payments, stock inquiries, and customer database management.
6. Support inventory accuracy by receiving, displaying, and storing merchandise according to company guidelines.

1. 2-5 years of experience in fashion or luxury sales.
2. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.

5. Proficiency in computer skills and retail management systems.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in fashion or luxury sales is required.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
