- Achieve all Client Advisor critical metrics and CRM requirements.
- Meet or exceed store, category, and individual sales goals.
- Build and maintain client books, ensuring follow-through with client concerns and inquiries.
- Assist with special requests, including repairs, special orders, and returns.
- Adhere to all store policies and procedures.
- Participate in stocking and restocking of the store.
- Utilize POS system and other software accurately, updating customer database.
- Acquire and maintain comprehensive product knowledge and company information.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to Fendi's dress code and grooming standards.
- Assist in maintaining visual standards as directed by VM, corporate, and management.
- Participate in the training of new Client Advisors.
- Adhere to loss prevention standards and follow all health and safety guidelines.
- Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- Strong drive for results and goal-oriented mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management functions.
- Ready-to-Wear experience preferred.
- English language skills are advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Minimum High School Diploma.
