1. Achieve all Client Advisor critical metrics and CRM requirements.
2. Meet or exceed store, category, and individual sales goals.
3. Build and maintain client books, ensuring follow-through with client concerns and inquiries.
4. Assist with special requests, including repairs, special orders, and returns.
5. Adhere to all store policies and procedures.
6. Participate in stocking and restocking of the store.
7. Utilize POS system and other software accurately, updating customer database.
8. Acquire and maintain comprehensive product knowledge and company information.
9. Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to Fendi's dress code and grooming standards.
10. Assist in maintaining visual standards as directed by VM, corporate, and management.
11. Participate in the training of new Client Advisors.
12. Adhere to loss prevention standards and follow all health and safety guidelines.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in luxury retail.
2. Strong drive for results and goal-oriented mindset.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management functions.
5. Ready-to-Wear experience preferred.
6. English language skills are advantageous.
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
8. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
9. Minimum High School Diploma.
10. Organizational skills and strong digital literacy.
