1. Achieve all key performance indicators and CRM requirements.
2. Meet or exceed store, category, and individual sales targets.
3. Adhere to all store guidelines and policies.
4. Build and maintain client portfolios, addressing customer concerns and queries to enhance relationships and drive business.
5. Assist with special requests such as repairs, special orders, and returns.
6. Participate in store replenishment activities.
7. Utilize POS systems and update customer databases accurately.
8. Acquire and maintain product knowledge and company history.
9. Stay informed about company news and competitors.
10. Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to dress code standards.
11. Perform regular store maintenance tasks as assigned.
12. Open/close the store and conduct morning team meetings as needed.
13. Support visual merchandising standards under VM direction.
14. Maintain open communication and positive relationships with store management and colleagues.
15. Act as a positive role model, representing the brand appropriately.
16. Participate in training new Client Advisors.
17. Prepare for and attend monthly team meetings.
18. Adhere to loss prevention standards.
19. Follow health and safety guidelines.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in luxury retail.
2. Strong results-driven and goal-oriented mindset.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management functions.
5. Experience in Ready To Wear (RTW) is preferred.
6. Foreign language proficiency is an advantage.
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
8. Ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
9. Minimum high school diploma.
10. Strong organizational and digital skills.
11. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
