- Achieve all key performance indicators and CRM requirements.
- Meet or exceed store, category, and individual sales targets.
- Adhere to all store guidelines and policies.
- Build and maintain client portfolios, addressing customer concerns and queries to enhance relationships and drive business.
- Assist with special requests such as repairs, special orders, and returns.
- Participate in store replenishment activities.
- Utilize POS systems and update customer databases accurately.
- Acquire and maintain product knowledge and company history.
- Stay informed about company news and competitors.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to dress code standards.
- Perform regular store maintenance tasks as assigned.
- Open/close the store and conduct morning team meetings as needed.
- Support visual merchandising standards under VM direction.
- Maintain open communication and positive relationships with store management and colleagues.
- Act as a positive role model, representing the brand appropriately.
- Participate in training new Client Advisors.
- Prepare for and attend monthly team meetings.
- Adhere to loss prevention standards.
- Follow health and safety guidelines.
- Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- Strong results-driven and goal-oriented mindset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management functions.
- Experience in Ready To Wear (RTW) is preferred.
- Foreign language proficiency is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
- Minimum high school diploma.
- Strong organizational and digital skills.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
