- Achieve all key performance indicators and CRM requirements for Client Advisors.
- Meet or exceed store, category, and individual sales targets.
- Adhere to all store guidelines and policies.
- Build and maintain client portfolios; follow up on client concerns and inquiries; maintain client correspondence to enhance relationships and drive business.
- Assist with special requests including repairs, special orders, and returns.
- Participate in store replenishment activities.
- Utilize POS system and other software accurately, updating the client database.
- Acquire product knowledge and company history.
- Stay informed about company news and competitors.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to Fendi's dress code and grooming standards.
- Perform regular store maintenance functions as needed.
- Open/close the store as required, including participating in morning team meetings.
- Assist in maintaining visual standards with VM, company, and management direction.
- Maintain open communication and positive relationships with store management, peers, and other company staff.
- Serve as a positive role model, appropriately representing the brand.
- Participate in training new Client Advisors on product knowledge, store procedures, and company policies.
- Prepare for and participate in monthly team meetings.
- Adhere to loss prevention standards.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines.
- Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- Strong results-driven orientation; goal-oriented.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management functions.
- Experience in Ready To Wear (RTW) preferred.
- Foreign language proficiency is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Capability to lift boxes up to 10 pounds.
- Organizational skills

- Flexibility in availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
A minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in luxury retail, is required.
High school diploma minimum.
