1. Achieve all key performance indicators and CRM requirements for Client Advisors.
2. Meet or exceed store, category, and individual sales targets.
3. Adhere to all store guidelines and policies.
4. Build and maintain client portfolios; follow up on client concerns and inquiries; maintain client correspondence to enhance relationships and drive business.
5. Assist with special requests including repairs, special orders, and returns.
6. Participate in store replenishment activities.
7. Utilize POS system and other software accurately, updating the client database.
8. Acquire product knowledge and company history.
9. Stay informed about company news and competitors.
10. Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to Fendi's dress code and grooming standards.
11. Perform regular store maintenance functions as needed.
12. Open/close the store as required, including participating in morning team meetings.
13. Assist in maintaining visual standards with VM, company, and management direction.
14. Maintain open communication and positive relationships with store management, peers, and other company staff.
15. Serve as a positive role model, appropriately representing the brand.
16. Participate in training new Client Advisors on product knowledge, store procedures, and company policies.
17. Prepare for and participate in monthly team meetings.
18. Adhere to loss prevention standards.
19. Follow all health and safety guidelines.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in luxury retail.
2. Strong results-driven orientation; goal-oriented.
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management functions.
5. Experience in Ready To Wear (RTW) preferred.
6. Foreign language proficiency is an advantage.
7. Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
8. Capability to lift boxes up to 10 pounds.
