- Achieve all Client Advisor critical metrics and CRM requirements.
- Meet or exceed store, category, and individual sales goals.
- Build and maintain client books; follow-through with client concerns and inquiries.
- Assist with special requests, including repairs, special orders, and returns.
- Adhere to all store policies and procedures.
- Participate in vital stocking/restocking of the store.
- Proficiently use the POS system and update the customer database.
- Acquire product knowledge and stay informed about company news and competition.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to Fendi dress code standards.
- Perform regular store maintenance functions as needed.
- May be responsible for opening/closing the store and conducting morning team meetings.
- Assist in maintaining visual standards as directed by VM, corporate, and management.
- Maintain open communication and positive relationships with store management and peers.
- Represent the brand appropriately and be a positive role model.
- Participate in the training of new Client Advisors.
- Prepare for and participate in monthly team meetings.
- Adhere to loss prevention standards and health and safety guidelines.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience, luxury retail preferred
- Strong drive for results; goal-oriented
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to use POS system and manage inventory functions
- RTW experience preferred
- Foreign language skills are a plus
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Ability to lift boxes up to 10lbs
- Minimum High School Diploma
- Organizational and strong digital literacy required

A minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury retail is preferred, with a strong emphasis on customer service and sales.
Minimum High School Diploma
The compensation for this position ranges from $19-$23 hourly, dependent upon the candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
