1. Achieve all Client Advisor critical metrics and CRM requirements.
2. Meet or exceed store, category, and individual sales goals.
3. Build and maintain client books, addressing client concerns and inquiries.
4. Assist with special requests, including repairs, special orders, and returns.
5. Participate in stocking and restocking activities.
6. Utilize POS systems and update customer databases accurately.
7. Acquire and maintain comprehensive product knowledge.
8. Maintain professional appearance and adhere to dress code standards.
9. Assist in maintaining visual standards and store maintenance.
10. Participate in the training of new Client Advisors.
11. Adhere to loss prevention and health and safety guidelines.

1. Minimum 2 years' experience, preferably in luxury retail.
2. High School Diploma required.
3. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
4. Ability to lift up to 10lbs.

1. Strong drive for results and goal orientation.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management.
4. Organizational skills and digital literacy.
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
6. Foreign language skills are advantageous.

Minimum of 2 years' experience in luxury retail, with a preference for ready-to-wear expertise.

High School Diploma
