- Achieve all Client Advisor critical metrics and CRM requirements.
- Meet or exceed store, category, and individual sales goals.
- Build and maintain client books and manage customer correspondence to enhance relationships and drive business.
- Assist with special requests, including repairs, special orders, and returns.
- Adhere to all store policies and procedures.
- Participate in stocking and restocking of the store.
- Utilize POS system and other software accurately, updating customer database as needed.
- Acquire and maintain comprehensive product knowledge and stay informed about company news and competitors.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to Fendi's dress code and grooming standards.
- Perform regular store maintenance functions as needed or assigned.
- Open and close the store as required, including conducting morning team meetings.
- Assist in maintaining visual standards with direction from VM, corporate, and management.
- Maintain open communication and a positive relationship with store management, peers, and other company personnel.
- Act as a positive role model, representing the brand appropriately.
- Participate in the training of new Client Advisors on product knowledge, store procedures, and company policies.
- Prepare for and participate in monthly team meetings.
- Adhere to loss prevention standards.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- Strong drive for results and goal-oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management functions.
- Experience with ready-to-wear (RTW) preferred.
- Foreign language skills are advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Capability to lift boxes up to 10 lbs.
- Minimum High School Diploma.
- Strong organizational skills and digital literacy.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
