1. Achieve all Client Advisor critical metrics and CRM requirements.
2. Meet or exceed store, category, and individual sales goals.
3. Build and maintain client books and manage customer correspondence to enhance relationships and drive business.
4. Assist with special requests, including repairs, special orders, and returns.
5. Adhere to all store policies and procedures.
6. Participate in stocking and restocking of the store.
7. Utilize POS system and other software accurately, updating customer database as needed.
8. Acquire and maintain comprehensive product knowledge and stay informed about company news and competitors.
9. Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to Fendi's dress code and grooming standards.
10. Perform regular store maintenance functions as needed or assigned.
11. Open and close the store as required, including conducting morning team meetings.
12. Assist in maintaining visual standards with direction from VM, corporate, and management.
13. Maintain open communication and a positive relationship with store management, peers, and other company personnel.
14. Act as a positive role model, representing the brand appropriately.
15. Participate in the training of new Client Advisors on product knowledge, store procedures, and company policies.
16. Prepare for and participate in monthly team meetings.
17. Adhere to loss prevention standards.
18. Follow all health and safety guidelines.

1. Minimum 2 years’ experience, preferably in luxury retail.
2. Strong drive for results and goal-oriented.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management functions.
5. Experience with ready-to-wear (RTW) preferred.
6. Foreign language skills are advantageous.
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
8. Capability to lift boxes up to 10 lbs.
9. Minimum High School Diploma.
10. Strong organizational skills and digital literacy.
11. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
