Fendi Client Advisor

- Achieve all critical metrics and CRM requirements for Client Advisors.
- Meet or exceed sales goals at the store, category, and individual levels.
- Adhere to all store guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Build and maintain comprehensive client books and manage client relationships.
- Assist with special requests including repairs, special orders, and returns.
- Participate in the stocking and restocking of the store.
- Utilize the POS system and other software accurately, updating customer databases.
- Acquire and maintain extensive product knowledge and company information.
- Stay informed about company news and industry competition.
- Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with Fendi's dress code and grooming standards.
- Perform regular store maintenance functions as needed.
- Open and close the store, including conducting morning team meetings.
- Assist in maintaining visual standards with direction from visual merchandising and management.
- Maintain open communication and positive relationships with store management and peers.
- Act as a positive role model, representing the brand appropriately.
- Participate in training new Client Advisors on product knowledge and store procedures.
- Prepare for and participate in monthly team meetings.
- Adhere to loss prevention standards and health and safety guidelines.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in luxury retail preferred.
- Strong drive for results and goal orientation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management functions.
- Experience in ready-to-wear (RTW) preferred.
- Foreign language skills are advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Capability to lift boxes or weights up to 10 lbs.
- Minimum of a High School Diploma.
- Strong organizational skills and digital literacy.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

A minimum of 3 years in luxury retail, with a preference for candidates with ready-to-wear experience.
High School Diploma
Compensation ranges from $21 to $25 per hour, dependent on skills and experience.
