- Achieve all Client Advisor critical metrics and CRM requirements.
- Meet or exceed store, category, and individual sales goals.
- Build and maintain client books; follow-through with clients' concerns and inquiries.
- Assist with special requests, including repairs, special orders, and returns.
- Participate in stocking/restocking of the store.
- Utilize POS system and update customer database accurately.
- Acquire and maintain product knowledge and company information.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to Fendi's dress code.
- Perform regular store maintenance functions as needed.
- Assist in maintaining visual standards as directed by VM, corporate, and management.
- Participate in the training of new Client Advisors.
- Adhere to loss prevention and health and safety guidelines.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in luxury retail preferred.
- Strong drive for results and goal-oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in POS system and inventory management functions.
- RTW experience preferred.
- Foreign language skills are a plus.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to lift boxes up to 10lbs.
- Minimum High School Diploma.
- Organizational skills and strong digital literacy required.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

The compensation for this position ranges from $20 to $25 hourly, dependent upon the candidate's relevant skills and experience.
