1. Achieve all Client Advisor critical metrics and CRM requirements.
2. Meet or exceed store, category, and individual sales goals.
3. Build and maintain client books; follow-through with clients' concerns and inquiries.
4. Assist with special requests, including repairs, special orders, and returns.
5. Participate in stocking/restocking of the store.
6. Utilize POS system and update customer database accurately.
7. Acquire and maintain product knowledge and company information.
8. Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to Fendi's dress code.
9. Perform regular store maintenance functions as needed.
10. Assist in maintaining visual standards as directed by VM, corporate, and management.
11. Participate in the training of new Client Advisors.
12. Adhere to loss prevention and health and safety guidelines.

1. Minimum 3 years' experience in luxury retail preferred.
2. Strong drive for results and goal-oriented.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Proficiency in POS system and inventory management functions.
5. RTW experience preferred.
6. Foreign language skills are a plus.
7. Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
8. Ability to lift boxes up to 10lbs.
9. Minimum High School Diploma.
10. Organizational skills and strong digital literacy required.
11. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

The compensation for this position ranges from $20 to $25 hourly, dependent upon the candidate's relevant skills and experience.
