- Achieve all Client Advisor critical metrics and CRM requirements.
- Meet or exceed store, category, and individual sales goals.
- Follow all store guidelines and adhere to store policies and procedures.
- Build and maintain client books; manage client concerns and inquiries to improve relationships and drive business.
- Assist with special requests, including repairs, special orders, and returns.
- Participate in stocking/restocking of the store.
- Use POS system proficiently and accurately, updating customer database as needed.
- Acquire and maintain product knowledge, company information, and history.
- Keep up to date with company news and be familiar with the competition.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to Fendi dress code and grooming standards.
- Perform regular store maintenance functions as needed or assigned.
- Open/close the store as needed, including conducting morning team meetings.
- Assist in maintaining visual standards with direction from VM, corporate, and management.
- Maintain open communication and positive relationships with store management, peers, and other company personnel.
- Act as a positive role model, representing the brand appropriately.
- Participate in the training of new Client Advisors.
- Prepare for and participate in monthly team meetings.
- Adhere to loss prevention standards and follow all health and safety guidelines.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in luxury retail preferred.
- Strong drive for results and goal-oriented.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to use POS system and its inventory management functions.
- RTW experience preferred.
- Foreign language skills are a plus.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 10lbs.
- Minimum High School Diploma.
- Organizational skills and strong digital literacy required.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
