1. Lead individual sales efforts and achieve performance targets and KPIs.
2. Engage in upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling across all product categories.
3. Strengthen customer relations and nurture a loyal Fendi customer base through effective CRM tools.
4. Manage customer service quality to meet and exceed client expectations with a professional and personalized approach.
5. Operate the retail management system efficiently for stock transfers, payments, stock inquiries, and customer database management.
6. Support inventory accuracy by properly receiving, displaying, and storing merchandise in accordance with company guidelines.

1. 2-5 years of experience in fashion or luxury sales.
2. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
