- Lead individual sales efforts and achieve performance targets and KPIs.
- Engage in upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling across all product categories.
- Strengthen customer relations and nurture a loyal Fendi customer base through effective CRM tools.
- Manage customer service quality to meet and exceed client expectations with a professional and personalized approach.
- Operate the retail management system efficiently for stock transfers, payments, stock inquiries, and customer database management.
- Support inventory accuracy by properly receiving, displaying, and storing merchandise in accordance with company guidelines.
- 2-5 years of experience in fashion or luxury sales.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
- High-level personal image standards.
- Strong selling and communication skills.
- Excellent relationship-building abilities.
- Organizational skills, professionalism, and self-confidence.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Proficiency in computer and retail management systems.
- Goal-oriented approach with multitasking capabilities.
- Strong knowledge or interest in the fashion and luxury industry.
- Fluency in English.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in the fashion or luxury sales sector is required.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
