1. Engage in upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling across all product categories.
2. Monitor individual sales performance and achieve set targets and KPIs.
3. Provide customer feedback on products, particularly newly launched items.
4. Strengthen customer relations and nurture a loyal Fendi customer base through effective CRM tools.
5. Manage customer service quality to meet expectations with a professional and personalized approach.
6. Operate the Retail Pro Management system for stock transfer, payment processing, stock inquiries, and customer database management.
7. Perform store duties as assigned by team leaders and management.
8. Maintain inventory accuracy by receiving, displaying, and storing merchandise according to company guidelines.
9. Ensure a safe and clean store environment through daily housekeeping duties.
10. Maintain proper visual merchandising in line with company standards.

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in the fashion or high-end luxury industry.
2. Bilingual proficiency, with the ability to speak a third language as an advantage.
