- Engage in upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling across all product categories.
- Monitor individual sales performance and achieve set targets and KPIs.
- Provide customer feedback on products, particularly newly launched items.
- Strengthen customer relations and nurture a loyal Fendi customer base through effective CRM tools.
- Manage customer service quality to meet expectations with a professional and personalized approach.
- Operate the Retail Pro Management system for stock transfer, payment processing, stock inquiries, and customer database management.
- Perform store duties as assigned by team leaders and management.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by receiving, displaying, and storing merchandise according to company guidelines.
- Ensure a safe and clean store environment through daily housekeeping duties.
- Maintain proper visual merchandising in line with company standards.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the fashion or high-end luxury industry.
- Bilingual proficiency, with the ability to speak a third language as an advantage.
- Strong selling and communication skills.
- Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a goal-oriented approach.
- Team player with a positive personality.
- Knowledge of operating retail management systems.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the luxury fashion industry.
