1. Drive sales performance through upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling across all product categories.
2. Deliver an exceptional sales experience by effectively communicating Fendi's history, craftsmanship, and product knowledge.
3. Achieve and maintain key performance indicators, including sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics.
4. Identify and anticipate customer needs, providing insightful recommendations and exceeding service expectations.
5. Utilize CRM tools to nurture and strengthen client relationships, enhancing brand loyalty.
6. Operate inventory management systems for stock transfers, payments, and customer data management.
7. Collaborate with team members to achieve store operational objectives and suggest improvements.
8. Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure proper merchandise display according to company guidelines.
9. Ensure a safe, clean store environment and execute daily housekeeping duties.
10. Adhere to visual merchandising standards as per company guidelines.

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in the fashion or luxury industry.
2. Strong grooming standards and professional appearance.
3. Excellent communication skills with precise articulation.
4. Passion for fashion and luxury, with flexibility to work non-traditional hours.
5. Operational knowledge of retail management systems is advantageous.
6. Strong client development mindset with a commitment to exceptional service.
