- Drive sales performance through upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling across all product categories.
- Deliver an exceptional sales experience by effectively communicating Fendi's history, craftsmanship, and product knowledge.
- Achieve and maintain key performance indicators, including sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Identify and anticipate customer needs, providing insightful recommendations and exceeding service expectations.
- Utilize CRM tools to nurture and strengthen client relationships, enhancing brand loyalty.
