- Achieve personal sales targets through upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling across all product categories.
- Deliver an engaging sales experience by effectively communicating Fendi's brand story and product knowledge.
- Consistently meet key performance indicators, including sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Identify and anticipate customer needs, providing exceptional service and insightful recommendations.
- Utilize CRM tools to nurture and strengthen client relationships, enhancing brand loyalty.
- Operate the inventory management system for stock transfers, payments, and customer database management.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store operational goals and suggest improvements.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure proper merchandise display according to company guidelines.
- Ensure a clean and safe store environment through daily housekeeping and visual merchandising.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the fashion or luxury industry.
- Strong grooming standards and professional appearance.
- Excellent communication skills with precise articulation.
- Passion for fashion and luxury, with flexibility to work non-traditional hours.
- Operational knowledge of retail management systems.
- Strong client development mindset with a commitment to exceptional service.
- Effective time and task management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and accept constructive feedback.
- Proactive in suggesting workplace improvements.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field within the fashion or luxury industry.
