- Engage in upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling across all product categories to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide insightful customer feedback on products, particularly new launches.
- Strengthen customer relationships and nurture a loyal client base using CRM tools effectively.
- Implement CRM campaigns and organize personalized appointments in line with company guidelines.
- Ensure high-quality customer service that meets and exceeds client expectations.
- Perform store operations as directed by management, including stock management and sales system operations.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and support during stock takes and cycle counts.
- Ensure proper visual merchandising and maintain a clean, safe store environment.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the retail furniture industry, with at least 2 years in luxury sales.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
- Strong selling and communication skills.
- Excellent relationship-building abilities.
- Organizational skills and professionalism.
- High level of self-confidence and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills and retail management systems.
- Goal-oriented approach and multitasking ability.
- Strong knowledge and interest in the fashion/luxury industry.
- Fluency in Dutch and English; knowledge of a third language is a plus.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the retail furniture industry, with at least 2 years in luxury sales.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is preferred.
