Fendi is a renowned luxury fashion brand, known for its high-quality products and exceptional customer service. The company operates boutiques worldwide, offering a wide range of fashion and leather goods.

1. Engage in upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling for all product categories.
2. Monitor individual sales and achieve performance targets and KPIs.
3. Provide customer feedback on products, especially newly launched products.
4. Strengthen customer relations and nurture a loyal Fendi customer base using CRM tools.
5. Implement CRM campaigns and set up one-on-one appointments.
6. Manage customer service quality to meet customer expectations.
7. Perform store duties as assigned by team leaders and management.
8. Operate the company sales management system for stock transfer, payment, stock inquiry, and customer database input.
9. Maintain inventory accuracy by receiving, displaying, and storing merchandise.
10. Support during store stock take and cycle counts.
11. Maintain proper visual merchandising according to company guidelines.
12. Maintain a safe and clean store environment and implement daily housekeeping duties.

1. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is preferred.

5. Computer skills and retail management system knowledge.
6. Goal-oriented approach and multitasking abilities.
7. Strong knowledge and/or interest in the fashion/luxury industry.
8. Fluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of a third language is a plus.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in the retail furniture industry with at least 2 years in luxury sales.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is preferred.

The position is based in Amsterdam at the PC Hooftstraat boutique, a prime location for luxury shopping, reflecting a high standard of professionalism and customer service.
