1. Engage in upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling across all product categories.
2. Monitor individual sales performance and achieve targets and KPIs set by management.
3. Provide customer feedback on products, particularly new launches.
4. Strengthen customer relations and nurture a loyal client base using CRM tools.
5. Implement CRM campaigns and set up one-on-one appointments in line with targets.
6. Ensure high-quality customer service and personalized interactions.
7. Perform store duties as assigned by management.
8. Operate the company sales management system for stock transfers, payments, and customer database input.
9. Maintain inventory accuracy and support during stock takes and cycle counts.
10. Ensure proper visual merchandising and maintain a clean store environment.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in the retail industry, with at least 2 years in luxury sales.
2. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
3. Fluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of a third language is a plus.
