- Engage in upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling across all product categories.
- Monitor individual sales performance and achieve targets and KPIs set by management.
- Provide customer feedback on products, particularly new launches.
- Strengthen customer relations and nurture a loyal client base using CRM tools.
- Implement CRM campaigns and set up one-on-one appointments in line with targets.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and personalized interactions.
- Perform store duties as assigned by management.
- Operate the company sales management system for stock transfers, payments, and customer database input.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and support during stock takes and cycle counts.
- Ensure proper visual merchandising and maintain a clean store environment.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the retail industry, with at least 2 years in luxury sales.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
- Fluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of a third language is a plus.
- Strong selling and communication skills.
- Excellent relationship-building abilities.
- Organizational skills and professionalism.
- Self-confidence and goal-oriented approach.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Proficiency in computer and retail management systems.
- Interest in the fashion and luxury industry.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is preferred.
