1. Engage in upselling, cross-selling, and multiple selling across all product categories.
2. Monitor individual sales performance and achieve targets and KPIs as set by the Department Manager or Store Manager.
3. Provide customer feedback on products, particularly new launches.
4. Strengthen customer relations and nurture a loyal Fendi customer base using CRM tools.
5. Implement CRM campaigns and organize one-on-one appointments in line with targets and guidelines.
6. Manage customer service quality to meet and exceed customer expectations.
7. Perform store duties as assigned by team leaders and management.
8. Operate the Company Sales Management system effectively for stock transfer, payment, stock inquiry, and customer database input.
9. Maintain inventory accuracy by properly receiving, displaying, and storing merchandise.
10. Support during store stock takes and cycle counts.
11. Maintain proper visual merchandising according to company guidelines.
12. Ensure a safe and clean store environment through daily housekeeping duties.

1. Minimum 5 years’ experience in the retail furniture industry, with at least 2 years in luxury sales.
2. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.

5. Proficiency in computer skills and retail management systems.
6. Goal-oriented approach and multitasking abilities.
7. Strong knowledge and/or interest in the fashion/luxury industry.
8. Fluency in Dutch and English; knowledge of a third language is a plus.

Minimum 5 years of experience in the retail furniture industry, with at least 2 years in luxury sales.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
