1. Support the overall management of the team, merchandise, and client experience.
2. Lead and develop the team to ensure operational excellence and achieve sales targets.
3. Assume the role of Store Manager in their absence.
4. Supervise store personnel and implement company policies.
5. Identify, recruit, and develop talents in collaboration with store leadership.
6. Build and maintain client books and in-store appointments to meet sales objectives.
7. Ensure the highest level of client experience and handle any arising situations proactively.
8. Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising Ambassador to maintain company standards.
9. Ensure accurate handling, display, storage, and maintenance of merchandise.
10. Support inventory accuracy and maintain shrink rates within company standards.

1. Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in retail preferred.
2. Minimum 3 years of luxury experience preferred.
3. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
4. Strong drive for results and goal-oriented mindset.
5. Proactive interpersonal abilities with effective communication skills.
6. Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management functions.
7. RTW experience preferred.
8. Foreign language skills are a plus.
