Fendi Assistant Store Manager

1. Support the overall management of the team, merchandise, and client experience.
2. Lead and develop the team to ensure operational excellence and sales achievement.
3. Assume the role of Store Manager in their absence.
4. Supervise store personnel and implement company policies.
5. Identify, recruit, and develop talents in collaboration with store leadership.
6. Build and maintain client books and in-store appointments.
7. Handle customer service quality to meet expectations.
8. Implement CRM tools and develop dedicated clients.
9. Work with Visual Merchandising Ambassador to ensure standards are met.
10. Ensure merchandise is accurately handled, displayed, and maintained.
11. Support inventory accuracy and shrink rate management.

1. Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in retail preferred.
2. Minimum 3 years of luxury experience preferred.
3. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
4. Strong drive for results and goal-oriented.
5. Proactive interpersonal abilities and effective communication skills.
6. Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management functions.
7. RTW experience preferred.
8. Foreign language skills are a plus.
9. Ability to lift boxes up to 10 lbs.
10. Organizational skills and strong digital literacy required.
11. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Minimum 3 years of luxury retail experience, with leadership responsibilities.
