1. Lead and develop the department's business by cultivating a comprehensive understanding and engaging with all relevant stakeholders.
2. Monitor and achieve department performance through relevant KPIs.
3. Analyze business performance, propose, and implement action plans to improve results.
4. Set performance targets for the team and individuals in collaboration with the Store Manager.
5. Stay informed about competitors' activities and provide feedback to the Store Manager.
6. Utilize clienteling tools to achieve department and store business goals.
7. Demonstrate sales leadership by delivering excellent customer service and implementing clienteling activities.
8. Manage customer service quality to meet expectations and improve Mystery Shopper Results with action plans.
9. Implement CRM tools to develop loyal customers within the product category.
10. Act as a brand ambassador to educate VIP and new clients.
11. Ensure merchandise is properly managed, displayed, stored, and maintained by the team.
12. Maintain inventory accuracy and shrink rates within company standards.
13. Report stock issues to the Stock Planning and Merchandising team.
14. Align visual merchandising with company standards and sales performance.
15. Conduct monthly performance discussions and coach team members.
16. Motivate the team to meet individual and store objectives.
17. Organize the team efficiently according to business needs and delegate responsibilities.
18. Translate strategic goals into concrete actions and objectives.
19. Conduct category training and execute in-store training routines.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within fashion/luxury sales.
2. Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
3. Fluency in English.
