Fendi Assistant Store Manager

- Lead and develop the department's business by cultivating a comprehensive understanding and engaging with all relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor and achieve department performance through relevant KPIs.
- Analyze business performance, propose, and implement action plans to improve results.
- Set performance targets for the team and individuals in collaboration with the Store Manager.
- Stay informed about competitors' activities and provide feedback to the Store Manager.
- Utilize clienteling tools to achieve department and store business goals.
- Demonstrate sales leadership by delivering excellent customer service and implementing clienteling activities.
- Manage customer service quality to meet expectations and improve Mystery Shopper Results with action plans.
- Implement CRM tools to develop loyal customers within the product category.
- Act as a brand ambassador to educate VIP and new clients.
- Ensure merchandise is properly managed, displayed, stored, and maintained by the team.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and shrink rates within company standards.
- Report stock issues to the Stock Planning and Merchandising team.
- Align visual merchandising with company standards and sales performance.
- Conduct monthly performance discussions and coach team members.
- Motivate the team to meet individual and store objectives.
- Organize the team efficiently according to business needs and delegate responsibilities.
- Translate strategic goals into concrete actions and objectives.
- Conduct category training and execute in-store training routines.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within fashion/luxury sales.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong selling and communication skills.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, self-reliant, approachable, and patient.
- Confidence, organizational skills, and professionalism.
- Client focus with strong business acumen.
- Administrative and financial skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills and retail management systems.
- Goal-oriented approach and multitasking ability.
- Strong knowledge and/or interest in the fashion/luxury industry.
Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role in fashion or luxury sales.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
