- Achieve and exceed sales goals with relevant KPIs, ensuring the use of virtual shopping and remote sales.
- Contribute to sales analysis and forecasting.
- Maintain awareness of market trends in luxury retail and monitor competitor activities.
- Support execution of action plans based on market calendar for goal achievement.
- Oversee execution of store merchandising guidelines.
- Develop and maintain an excellent client network in the local area.
- Explore opportunities to engage and acquire new high-level customers.
- Share best practices and engage with the team to enhance CRM and business development initiatives.
- Propose initiatives to enhance relationships with store partners and prestigious clients.
- Contribute to top-level customer service and manage critical sales situations.
- Support the organization of in-store appointments.
- Oversee execution of visual merchandising guidelines.
- Provide direction to the sales team in the absence of the Store Manager.
- Coordinate store activities and prepare yearly calendar of initiatives.
- Consolidate team engagement activities to maximize sales and ensure delivery of KPIs.
- Demonstrate role model behaviors and in-depth product knowledge.
- Foster teamwork, team spirit, and maintain high standards of customer journey and team efficiency.
- 10+ years of experience in fashion/luxury sales.
- 5 years of experience in a managerial role.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in another language is a plus.
- High image standards.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong selling skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to deal with ambiguity.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong relationships.

- Strong knowledge and/or interest in the fashion/luxury industry.
Minimum of 10 years in the fashion/luxury sales sector, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or equivalent.
