1. Empower and support the team to achieve individual and store objectives.
2. Facilitate in-store training and onboarding of new hires.
3. Act as Store Manager in their absence.
4. Supervise store personnel and implement company policies.
5. Identify, recruit, and develop talent in collaboration with store leadership.
6. Lead and motivate the team to drive business and foster a collaborative work environment.
7. Assess and manage team performance proactively.
8. Demonstrate sales leadership and support the team with customer interactions.
9. Ensure compliance with policies, brand standards, and grooming guidelines.
10. Build and maintain client relationships and meet sales objectives.
11. Enhance customer service quality to meet expectations.
12. Develop plans to improve Mystery Shopper Results.
13. Implement CRM tools and develop dedicated clients.
14. Stay informed about market trends and provide feedback to the Store Manager.
15. Support long-term client relationships using clienteling tools.
16. Establish a client-centric mentality in-store.
17. Collaborate with store leadership on corporate strategy and business operations.
18. Develop action plans to boost business and product performance.
19. Ensure Visual Merchandising aligns with company standards.
20. Maintain inventory accuracy and manage shrink rates.
21. Ensure accurate cash, credit card, and check processing procedures.
22. Deliver morning briefs and ensure top store standards.

1. Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in retail preferred.
2. Minimum 3 years of luxury experience preferred.
3. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
4. Strong drive for results and goal-oriented.
5. Proactive interpersonal abilities with effective verbal and written communication.
6. Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management functions.
7. Ready-to-Wear experience preferred.
8. Foreign language skills are a plus.
9. Ability to work in a team environment.
10. Ability to lift boxes up to 10 lbs.
11. Strong organizational and digital literacy skills.
12. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
