Fendi Assistant Store Manager

- Empower and support the team to meet individual and store objectives.
- Conduct in-store training and onboarding of new hires.
- Assume the role of Store Manager in their absence.
- Supervise store personnel and enforce company policies.
- Recruit and develop talent in collaboration with store leadership.
- Lead the team to drive business and foster a positive work environment.
- Assess and lead performance of team associates.
- Demonstrate sales leadership and support Customer Journey initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and grooming guidelines.
- Build and maintain client books and manage in-store appointments.
- Ensure quality customer service and develop improvement plans.
- Implement CRM tools and develop dedicated client relationships.
- Monitor market trends and provide feedback to Store Manager.
- Collaborate on corporate strategy and business operations.
- Cultivate action plans to boost business and product performance.
- Ensure Visual Merchandising aligns with company standards.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and manage shrink rates.
- Oversee cash, credit card, and check processing procedures.
- Deliver morning briefs and ensure top store standards.
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in retail preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of luxury experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is advantageous.
- Strong drive for results and goal-oriented mindset.
- Proactive interpersonal abilities with effective communication skills.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management functions.
- Experience in Ready-to-Wear (RTW) preferred.
- Foreign language skills are a plus.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Capability to lift boxes up to 10lbs.
- Organizational skills and strong digital literacy required.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
