1. Empower and support the team to meet individual and store objectives.
2. Conduct in-store training and onboarding of new hires.
3. Assume the role of Store Manager in their absence.
4. Supervise store personnel and enforce company policies.
5. Recruit and develop talent in collaboration with store leadership.
6. Lead the team to drive business and foster a positive work environment.
7. Assess and lead performance of team associates.
8. Demonstrate sales leadership and support Customer Journey initiatives.
9. Ensure compliance with brand standards and grooming guidelines.
10. Build and maintain client books and manage in-store appointments.
11. Ensure quality customer service and develop improvement plans.
12. Implement CRM tools and develop dedicated client relationships.
13. Monitor market trends and provide feedback to Store Manager.
14. Collaborate on corporate strategy and business operations.
15. Cultivate action plans to boost business and product performance.
16. Ensure Visual Merchandising aligns with company standards.
17. Maintain inventory accuracy and manage shrink rates.
18. Oversee cash, credit card, and check processing procedures.
19. Deliver morning briefs and ensure top store standards.

1. Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in retail preferred.
2. Minimum 3 years of luxury experience preferred.
3. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is advantageous.
4. Strong drive for results and goal-oriented mindset.
5. Proactive interpersonal abilities with effective communication skills.
6. Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management functions.
7. Experience in Ready-to-Wear (RTW) preferred.
8. Foreign language skills are a plus.
9. Ability to work in a team environment.
10. Capability to lift boxes up to 10lbs.
11. Organizational skills and strong digital literacy required.
12. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
