Fendi Assistant Store Manager

1. Support the overall management of the store team, merchandise, and client experience.
2. Lead and develop the team to ensure operational excellence and achievement of sales targets.
3. Act as a role model and demonstrate sales leadership to the team.
4. Supervise store personnel and implement company policies.
5. Identify, recruit, and develop talents in collaboration with store leadership.
6. Build and maintain client books and ensure high-quality customer service.
7. Implement CRM tools and develop dedicated clients.
8. Work with the Visual Merchandising Department to ensure alignment with company standards.
9. Ensure merchandise is accurately handled and inventory accuracy is maintained.
10. Ensure accurate cash, credit card, and check processing procedures are followed.

1. Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in retail preferred.
2. Minimum 2 years of luxury experience preferred.
3. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is a plus.

1. Strong drive for results and goal-oriented.
2. Proactive interpersonal abilities with effective communication skills.
3. Ability to use POS system and inventory management functions.
4. Organizational skills and strong digital literacy.
5. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in retail, with at least 2 years in luxury preferred.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
