Fendi Assistant Store Manager

- Support overall management of the team, merchandise, and client experience.
- Lead and develop the team to ensure operational excellence and achievement of sales targets.
- Assume the role of Store Manager in their absence.
- Supervise store personnel and implement company policies.
- Identify, recruit, and develop talent in collaboration with store leadership.
- Build and maintain client books and in-store appointments.
- Handle customer service quality to meet expectations.
- Implement CRM tools and develop dedicated clients.
- Align visual merchandising with company standards.
- Ensure merchandise is accurately handled and inventory accuracy is maintained.
- Ensure accurate cash, credit card, and check processing procedures.
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in retail preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of luxury experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
- Strong drive for results and goal-oriented.
- Proactive interpersonal abilities with effective communication skills.
- Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management functions.
- RTW experience preferred.
- English language proficiency is essential.
- Ability to lift boxes up to 10lbs.
