1. Support overall management of the team, merchandise, and client experience.
2. Lead and develop the team to ensure operational excellence and achievement of sales targets.
3. Assume the role of Store Manager in their absence.
4. Supervise store personnel and implement company policies.
5. Identify, recruit, and develop talent in collaboration with store leadership.
6. Build and maintain client books and in-store appointments.
7. Handle customer service quality to meet expectations.
8. Implement CRM tools and develop dedicated clients.
9. Align visual merchandising with company standards.
10. Ensure merchandise is accurately handled and inventory accuracy is maintained.
11. Ensure accurate cash, credit card, and check processing procedures.

1. Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in retail preferred.
2. Minimum 3 years of luxury experience preferred.
3. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
4. Strong drive for results and goal-oriented.
5. Proactive interpersonal abilities with effective communication skills.
6. Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management functions.
7. RTW experience preferred.
8. English language proficiency is essential.
9. Ability to lift boxes up to 10lbs.

A minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within the retail sector is preferred, with at least 3 years in the luxury segment.
