- Demonstrate sales leadership and actively engage on the selling floor to motivate the sales team.
- Develop and implement in-store events and incentives to expand the customer base, focusing on the local market.
- Uphold and monitor excellent customer service standards, ensuring staff performance aligns with these standards.
- Collaborate with the Retail Manager to develop sales strategies for each product category and clientele.
- Stay informed about local market trends and competitors' activities to enhance sales strategies.
- Act as a brand ambassador to build relationships with VIP clientele and new customers.
- Ensure inventory management aligns with market needs and Retail Manager directives.
- Supervise staff in executing company procedures, including merchandise receipt and pricing.
- Calculate commissions and incentives for the sales team.
- Coordinate and coach staff to achieve sales goals and encourage professional development.
- Promote harmonious staff relations and identify training needs.
- Oversee store operations, including billing, reconciliation reports, and cost control.
- Implement security measures and utilize inventory management functions effectively.
- Ensure visual merchandising aligns with company standards to maximize sales.
- Communicate business decisions and changes to the Store Manager and obtain necessary approvals.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the retail or luxury industry
- At least 2 years of managerial experience
- Strong commercial and customer service mindset
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and networking skills
- Organizational and follow-up skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and retail tools
- Ability to generate trust among coworkers and clients
- Result-driven with a capacity for commercial creativity
Minimum of 5 years in the retail or luxury industry with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Bachelor’s degree
