1. Demonstrate sales leadership and actively engage on the selling floor to motivate the sales team.
2. Develop and implement in-store events and incentives to expand the customer base, focusing on the local market.
3. Uphold and monitor excellent customer service standards, ensuring staff performance aligns with these standards.
4. Collaborate with the Retail Manager to develop sales strategies for each product category and clientele.
5. Stay informed about local market trends and competitors' activities to enhance sales strategies.
6. Act as a brand ambassador to build relationships with VIP clientele and new customers.
7. Ensure inventory management aligns with market needs and Retail Manager directives.
8. Supervise staff in executing company procedures, including merchandise receipt and pricing.
9. Calculate commissions and incentives for the sales team.
10. Coordinate and coach staff to achieve sales goals and encourage professional development.
11. Promote harmonious staff relations and identify training needs.
12. Oversee store operations, including billing, reconciliation reports, and cost control.
13. Implement security measures and utilize inventory management functions effectively.
14. Ensure visual merchandising aligns with company standards to maximize sales.
15. Communicate business decisions and changes to the Store Manager and obtain necessary approvals.

1. Bachelor’s degree
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in the retail or luxury industry
3. At least 2 years of managerial experience

1. Strong commercial and customer service mindset
2. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and networking skills
3. Organizational and follow-up skills
4. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and retail tools
5. Ability to generate trust among coworkers and clients
6. Result-driven with a capacity for commercial creativity

Minimum of 5 years in the retail or luxury industry with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
