Responsibilities
- Demonstrate sales leadership and actively participate on the selling floor.
- Motivate the sales team to meet sales and productivity goals.
- Suggest in-store events and incentives to grow the customer base.
- Uphold customer service standards and monitor staff performance.
- Develop sales strategies for each product category and clientele.
- Stay informed about local market trends and competitors' activities.
- Act as a brand ambassador to build relationships with VIP clientele.
- Ensure proper inventory mix and optimize stock levels.
- Supervise staff in executing company procedures.
- Calculate commissions and incentives for the sales team.
- Coordinate and coach staff to achieve sales goals.
- Identify training needs and communicate them to management.
- Oversee store operations, including billing and sales reports.
- Implement security measures and control costs.
- Ensure visual merchandising aligns with company standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in the retail/luxury industry.
- 2 years of managerial experience.
- Bachelor’s degree.

- Good organizing and follow-up skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and networking skills.

Experience Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in the retail/luxury industry with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
