1. Demonstrate sales leadership by actively engaging on the selling floor.
2. Motivate the sales team to achieve sales and productivity goals.
3. Propose in-store events and incentives to expand the customer base, focusing on the local market.
4. Maintain high customer service standards and monitor staff performance.
5. Collaborate with the Retail Manager to develop sales strategies for each product category.
6. Stay informed about local market trends and competitor activities.
7. Act as a brand ambassador to build relationships with VIP clientele.
8. Ensure inventory aligns with market needs and Retail Manager directives.
9. Regularly review merchandise assortment to optimize stock levels.
10. Supervise staff in executing company operating procedures.
11. Calculate commissions and incentives for the sales team.
12. Coordinate, motivate, and coach staff to achieve sales goals.
13. Support staff development and communicate training needs to management.
14. Promote harmonious staff relations and enforce company policies.
15. Oversee store operations, including billing and sales reports.
16. Control costs and ensure efficient store operations.
17. Implement security measures and utilize inventory management tools.
18. Ensure visual merchandising aligns with company standards.
19. Communicate business decisions and competition issues to the Store Manager.

1. Bachelor’s degree

1. Strong commercial and customer service mindset
2. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and networking skills
3. Proficient in MS Office, CRM, and retail tools
4. Organizational and follow-up skills
5. Ability to generate trust among coworkers and clients
6. Result-driven with commercial creativity

Minimum of 5 years in the retail or luxury industry, including 2 years in a managerial role.
