1. Participate in a comprehensive training program combining theoretical and practical learning in artisanal leather goods.
2. Assist in the creation of prototypes and the crafting of leather products under the guidance of skilled artisans.
3. Engage in a 400-hour internship within one of the LVMH Maisons, gaining hands-on experience in luxury leather goods production.
4. Attend Master Classes and industry meetings to enhance understanding of luxury brand dynamics and technical terminology in French and English.

1. Must be unemployed, inactive, or non-working individuals.
2. Non-EU citizens must possess a valid work permit.
3. Minimum age of 18 years.
4. Completion of lower secondary education or equivalent with certification of basic competencies.
5. Residence or domicile in Tuscany, Italy.
