1. Support the Retail Project Design team in the development of new concepts and interventions for Fendi stores globally.
2. Participate in all phases of project development, from concept to executive execution.
3. Collaborate in the preparation of moodboards and project presentations.
4. Assist in coordinating project development with external suppliers and consultants.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related fields.
2. Fluency in written and spoken English.

1. Creative design skills with a strong eye for detail.
2. Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D/3D, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and Microsoft Office.
3. Skills in Rhinoceros or alternative 3D rendering software are advantageous.
4. Strong aesthetic sensitivity and attention to detail.
5. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
6. Enthusiastic, proactive, flexible, and collaborative attitude.
7. Passion for fashion, luxury, and the retail world.
8. Excellent time management skills.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
