- Support the definition and development of Fendi's Corporate Identity, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Create a Corporate Identity manual to guide communication activities.
- Monitor brand perception among internal and external audiences.
- Manage brand communication across all channels, ensuring message consistency.
- Coordinate marketing and communication activities to maintain brand integrity.
- Catalog and archive brand identity assets.
- Promote corporate culture and values internally.
- Manage internal communications to enhance employee engagement.
- Propose initiatives to enhance the company's image.
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders and providers.
- Monitor the company's reputation and conduct competitor analysis.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Communications, HR, and Legal to ensure consistency in corporate image.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of Corporate Identity activities and their impact on business results.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Design/Visual Arts, Marketing, Economics and Management, or Humanities.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English; proficiency in French is advantageous.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel) and social media platforms.
- Good knowledge of graphic design software such as Photoshop, Canva, and A.I. tools.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and flexible approach.
- Creative and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate cross-functionally in a multicultural environment.
- Teamwork-oriented with a passion for fashion and new technologies.
Beginner level experience is acceptable, suitable for those at the start of their career journey.
Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as Communication, Design/Visual Arts, Marketing, Economics and Management, or Humanities.
