1. Support the definition and development of Fendi's Corporate Identity, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
2. Create a Corporate Identity manual to guide communication activities.
3. Monitor brand perception among internal and external audiences.
4. Manage brand communication across all channels, ensuring message consistency.
5. Coordinate marketing and communication activities to maintain brand integrity.
6. Catalog and archive brand identity assets.
7. Promote corporate culture and values internally.
8. Manage internal communications to enhance employee engagement.
9. Propose initiatives to enhance the company's image.
10. Manage relationships with external stakeholders and providers.
11. Monitor the company's reputation and conduct competitor analysis.
12. Collaborate with Marketing, Communications, HR, and Legal to ensure consistency in corporate image.
13. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of Corporate Identity activities and their impact on business results.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Design/Visual Arts, Marketing, Economics and Management, or Humanities.
2. Excellent command of written and spoken English; proficiency in French is advantageous.

2. Good knowledge of graphic design software such as Photoshop, Canva, and A.I. tools.
3. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
