Fendi Accounts Payable Team Coordinator

1. Oversee the complete accounts payable cycle, including invoice receipt, processing, verification, and reconciliation.
2. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accounts payable specialists, fostering collaboration and high performance.
3. Ensure timely and accurate vendor payments while maintaining strong vendor relationships and optimizing cash flow.
4. Develop and maintain accounts payable policies and procedures in alignment with company standards.
5. Collaborate with purchasing, operations, and other teams to resolve invoice discrepancies and ensure accurate cost allocations.
6. Manage month-end and year-end accounts payable close processes, including reconciliations and accruals.
7. Identify and implement process improvements and automation for enhanced efficiency.
8. Maintain accurate vendor master data with appropriate controls.
9. Prepare accounts payable-related reports, analyses, and reconciliations for leadership.
10. Support audits by providing necessary documentation.

1. Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of progressive accounts payable experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.

1. Strong knowledge of accounts payable best practices.
2. Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP4H.
3. Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data analysis.
4. Strong leadership and team development abilities.
5. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
6. Fluency in Italian and English.
7. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Minimum 5 years of progressive accounts payable experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.

Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field.
