1. Serve as a reference point for the sales team, ensuring a professional and supportive work environment with clear objectives centered on customer experience and business performance.
2. Implement and drive the selling ceremony with a focus on excellence.
3. Provide daily training to the team across all product categories.
4. Participate in the animation of morning briefings.
5. Manage the zoning of the floor to optimize the presence of sales advisors in the sales area.
6. Support the team in day-to-day matters, fostering growth and motivation.
7. Participate in annual individual performance evaluations and assist in the implementation and monitoring of action plans as necessary.
8. Actively engage in recruitment processes within the team.
9. Ensure the follow-up of training initiatives.

1. Minimum 5 years of retail experience, with a preference for experience in the luxury sector.
2. Essential managerial experience.
3. Comprehensive product knowledge and ability to conduct selling ceremonies to the highest standards.
4. Ability to embody the values of the Maison and act as its ambassador.

1. Fluency in English, with a second language preferred.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Strong relationship-building abilities, with a capacity to listen and persuade.
4. A passion for challenges and a results-oriented mindset.
5. Good reactivity and sense of initiative.
6. Organizational, analytical, and reporting skills.
7. Interest and talent for people development.

Minimum of 5 years of retail experience, with managerial experience essential. Experience in the luxury sector is advantageous.
