- Evaluate Sales Associates' performance, providing feedback to ensure optimal results.
- Oversee daily business operations and administrative tasks.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in luxury fashion sales.
- Experience in selling ready-to-wear and leather goods.
- Passion for fashion and sales.
- Commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent personal presentation as a brand ambassador.
- Understanding of retail KPIs.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
