Fashion Group Store Manager

- Serve as a brand ambassador, instilling passion and pride for KENZO.
- Lead by example, embodying the brand image for customers and the store team.
- Implement and maintain all visual merchandising guidelines.
- Enhance customer service standards to ensure an exceptional client journey.
- Drive the use of client books and aftersales care to foster customer loyalty.
- Manage and motivate the team to increase sales and ensure operational efficiency.
- Oversee stock levels and minimize stock loss through regular inventories.
- Set sales and KPI targets in collaboration with the line manager.
- Stay informed of market trends and competitor activities.
- Conduct bi-annual appraisals and monthly team meetings.
- Collaborate with HR on recruitment and training initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Submit weekly reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with senior management and head office.
- Degree level education or higher.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in luxury retail.
- At least 3 years’ experience in managing teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes.
- Sound knowledge of UK retail laws, security, and health and safety legislation.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Demonstrable commercial acumen.
- Passion for customer service and sales.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Proactive problem-solving approach.
A minimum of 5 years in luxury retail, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Degree level or higher.
