- Serve as a brand ambassador, instilling passion and pride for KENZO among customers and the store team.
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising guidelines to enhance the store's aesthetic appeal.
- Elevate customer service standards to ensure an exceptional client journey.
- Drive sales performance by motivating the team and managing stock levels effectively.
- Conduct regular inventories and collaborate with management to set sales and KPI targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic commercial decisions.
- Lead and manage the team, conducting appraisals and facilitating training and development.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, submitting regular reports to stakeholders.
- Foster strong relationships with senior management and head office teams.
- Degree-level education or higher
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in luxury retail, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes
- Comprehensive knowledge of UK retail laws, security, and health and safety legislation
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Demonstrable commercial acumen
- Passion for customer service and sales
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Proactive problem-solving approach
- Effective communication skills, both written and oral
A minimum of 5 years in luxury retail, including 3 years in a management position, is required.
Degree-level education or higher is required.
