- Serve as the brand ambassador, embodying Kenzo's image and values for both customers and the store team.
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising guidelines to enhance the customer experience.
- Drive customer service excellence to ensure a superior client journey.
- Manage and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and operational efficiency.
- Oversee stock levels and minimize stock loss through regular inventories.
- Set sales and KPI targets in collaboration with the line manager.
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities to propose strategic commercial actions.
- Conduct bi-annual appraisals and monthly team meetings to communicate objectives and performance.
- Collaborate with HR on recruitment and training initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Submit weekly performance reports to stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with senior management and head office teams.
- Degree level education or higher.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in luxury retail, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes.
- Comprehensive knowledge of UK retail laws, security, and health and safety legislation.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Demonstrable commercial acumen.
- Passion for customer service and sales.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proactive problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
Minimum of 5 years in luxury retail, including 3 years of managerial experience.
Degree level or higher.
