Fashion Group Store Manager

- Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying the brand's image and values to both customers and the store team.
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising guidelines to enhance customer experience.
- Drive customer service excellence to ensure a superior client journey.
- Utilize client books and aftersales care to foster customer loyalty.
- Manage and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and operational efficiency.
- Oversee stock levels and conduct regular inventories to minimize stock loss.
- Collaborate with line management to set and achieve sales and KPI targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform commercial strategies.
- Conduct bi-annual appraisals and regular team meetings to communicate objectives and review performance.
- Coordinate with HR for recruitment, training, and employee development.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Submit weekly performance reports to stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with senior management and head office teams.
- Degree level education or higher.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in luxury retail, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes.
- Comprehensive knowledge of UK retail laws, security, and health and safety legislation.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Passion for customer service and sales.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication skills, both written and oral.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities.
Minimum of 3 years managing people in a luxury retail environment.
Degree level education or higher.
