1. Serve as an ambassador for the KENZO brand, ensuring an exceptional customer journey and fostering client loyalty to maximize profitability and productivity.
2. Welcome clients to the store, ensuring a comfortable environment and building relationships to assist in product selection.
3. Introduce complementary products and share in-depth product knowledge with clients.
4. Process sales confidently and professionally while maintaining client relationships.
5. Collect and manage client CRM details to build a client book and ensure personalized follow-up.
6. Maintain store standards and adhere to visual merchandising guidelines to promote the KENZO image.
7. Exceed behavioral expectations in the store, adhering to dress code and appearance guidelines.
8. Continuously enhance product knowledge by staying updated on fashion trends and participating in in-store training.
9. Support stock control and management.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales.

2. Commitment to achieving and exceeding targets while focusing on client needs and experience.
3. Excellent personal presentation as a KENZO Brand Ambassador.
4. Understanding of retail KPIs.

A minimum of 3 years of sales experience is required, with a focus on luxury fashion retail preferred.
