4. Complete the Rexplorer retail exploration journey and participate in the 2026 Challenge Day to potentially join the 24-month Retail Excellence Trainee program.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher, with the ability to commit full-time (minimum 32 hours per week) by June 2026.
2. Proficiency in English for effective communication in daily and professional settings.
3. Passion for the fashion and luxury retail industry.
4. Curiosity, pursuit of excellence, and a willingness to embrace change and challenges.
